I know some of you have had this happen before. It’s not the cutest of conversation at all but I’m just going to say it! You’ve been having problems pooping! Well, you are not alone. Yours truly has the same problem. I use to not be able to move my bowels on a regular for years. That was many years ago, I’d say at least 20. But then I started working out on a regular bases and drinking pleanty of water. Lo and behold I started pooping more. Now I’ve never really went every day but at least I went a few times every week.

But suddenly about 6 months ago I started noticing I was going less and less until one day I realized that the weeks were going by and I would barely do a thing… I went to my doctor and they did various tests but they couldn’t find anything wrong. This wasn’t the first time that I noticed a slow down of my bowels but this was the most drastic.

So in March my husband George and I did a 3 week trail of no meats Mon - Wed’s and it actually jump-started my system, so to speak. I was going every day during those times.

But- when Thu - Sun came I noticed it would slow down again. Watch my up coming video and see what I’ve decided to do now. And please tell me your story. Are you having the same issue? Or did you overcome your pooping problem. What did you do?
